We hope that you are happy with your purchase but should you wish to return any item to us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product subject to the following conditions.

 

Refund  

After purchase that product will not be refundable. But in some cases like manufacturing defect or damage, wrong product, just email us at info@mirrorgalaxy.com or call us at +91 844 7070 866  with your order no. and product details.
Please note that a refund will be issued only if we are responsible for the reason of return. In case of any damage to the product at the customer’s end, we are not liable to provide any refund.
After we receive the product back we will initiate the refund of your money within 30 business days. The money will be credited back to the original payment method.

 

Cancel an Order

When you order from our website, we assure that the order gets processed within 24 hours and gets delivered within the delivery time of the product mentioned on the product page. Once you make the payment, we will send the product/s to you in the quickest possible time. However, if you want to cancel an order, you have to do it within 24 hours from the time of ordering. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours, or, if the product already gets dispatched from our warehouse, you won’t be eligible for cancellation.   1. The goods must not have been installed.
  2. Returned goods will only be accepted if they are returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all instruction manuals.
  3. All refunds will be processed within 30 days.
  4. Bespoke / Special order goods made to your own customer specification cannot be returned unless faulty. In the case of a fault to bespoke/special order item, a replacement will be supplied.
  5. On returning items refunds will only be issued upon receipt of returned goods.
  6. Where applicable postal or carriage charges are not refunded in the event of a customer returning goods and are the responsibility of the Customer.
